Our Story

We met while working along side each other in the emergency room. We had the wonderful opportunity to work together in our journeys as nurse practitioners and now currently practice together in the urgent care setting. It was there that we found that we had similar career goals in anti-aging and regenerative medicine and developed the idea of RejuvenateRx, LLC.

We have taken care of the sick and injured our entire careers; and now want to create a business that promotes a personalized approach to providing clients with services that make them feel like the best versions of themselves. certified in neurotoxin modulators (Botox), facial fillers, IV hydration and rejuvenation therapy, and men’s health including testosterone replacement therapy.

Jakki Barrett

MSN, CFRN, FNP-C

Jakki started her nursing career 17 years ago working in the hospital setting to include Orthopedics/Trauma, Neurosurgery, Intensive Care, and civilian helicopter medevac care. She became a nationally certified flight nurse before going back to school where she received her Master of Science in Nursing. She is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner, currently practicing in the Urgent Care setting.

Katelyn Shaffer

MSN, FNP-C

Katelyn began her nursing career 8 years ago in the hospital setting working the floor, operating room, and emergency room. She then went back to school and obtained her Master of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati. She currently works as a Family Nurse Practitioner in Urgent Care.
